Dear Parents / Guardians,


Welcome to Horace Mann Elementary School! My name is Dr. Ramirez and I am a special education teacher for the eight grade. I will be providing Math and ELA special education instruction for students in the resource program for the school year 2023-2024. This school year will be filled with new challenges and wonderful learning opportunities for all students as well as teachers.  I am very excited to be part of this wonderful learning experience!

I am looking forward to a very exciting and productive year. I along with the rest of the faculty will strive to make each day fun and filled with learning, while the students acquire new skills that will enhance their knowledge. However, I need your help in making his year a truly successful one! I believe that when parents and teachers work as a team the students’ success increases academically and emotionally.
