Bio / Teaching Philosophy
Becoming a Special Education teacher was a deliberate decision for me. In December 2011, I earned a B.A. in Education with a concentration in Special Education, and in May 2016, I completed my M.A.T. in Special Education (Master's degree in Special Education).
Teaching is an honorable profession, grounded in the principles of honor, integrity, and respect. These virtues, both inside and outside of school, are essential for developing well-adjusted individuals. Humanism is not only a value that should be embraced by faculty and staff in educational settings but is also crucial for a civilized society. My time in the military significantly influenced my career path, as I continued my education using the education benefits program.
