Ms. Delle Donna's First Grade Class

Hello !  Welcome to my web page!

Dear Parents,

Welcome to First Grade! My name is Ms. Delle Donna and I am going to be your child's first grade teacher! I am so excited that your child is going to be in my class this year!

This will be my 16th year teaching first grade. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, and a Master's of Early Childhood Education.

My philosophy is that every child has great potential, and between our school, home and community efforts, we can make a difference in every child's life.

First grade is an exciting time as children embark upon new adventures in the  world of learning. I am looking foward to a very challenging, exciting and positive year.

I will strive to make each day fun and enriching while studets acquire new skills that will enhance their learning. However, I need your help, in order for this year to be a successful learning year.  You are the most important person in your child's life and we must communicate and work together as a team to help your child succeed academically.
