      Welcome to Mrs. Sterns page!

 

 

 

     I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Mrs. Stern and I am honored to be your childs first  grade teacher for the upcoming school year.  I have been teaching in the North Bergen School District  for 28 years. I find that each year unveils new and exciting experiences with each class and I am very excited to start a new journey with my class this year.

     I graduated from New Jersey City University with a degree of Elementary Education.  I also hold a Masters of Arts in Reading Specialist.  I am looking forward to working with you and your child in reaching his or her full potential.  As your child's teacher, my main goal is to help every child achieve success in their education and to instill a great passion for learning.  We will have many wonderful.  experiences and opportunities to learn and grow in the days ahead.  I have great expectations for my students.  I believe every student can achieve these expectations with the support of the family and teacher.
