today's topic is about mental health and importance of it what's the difference on how you I think they are also want to be a therapist yes or both I my friends are like I'm really your guys there too I talked to you guys it it's like understanding you guys more and it does work because the pressure act towards each other like negative towards someone remind set automatically click stinking oh no I shouldn't be acting this way that Society stereotype and like how you have to act because of working out what causes leg area when your school work Gore maybe it's something they don't understand or like if it's how much is so like saying when the work is hard and it's hard to concentrate so how do you like what help you concentrate in school well since I'm a little bit weird but bracelet so let's say we're taking a test anxiety anxiety is something that normally everyone especially in America suffers with what's a break at all and I just like to keep going. I never really get to break locks at like wake up last. But we also do work if we don't get a break things I deal with people stress exactly like me anymore so what do you think are having mental health issues in the past titled as something like a popular under the relevant data pop us teenagers and a stressing out with the pressure of people being honest and having to act a certain way for people who like us just makes it even worse and more on how we're still growing self-conscious about our God how we think we hang out with mental health and social media for way too long has toxic people like after seeing something like if you're scrolling through Instagram and you see a pretty girl and you see all those comments yeah like you literally think yourself I should look like Hershey's I should look like a lollipop based on like races like with Asian like they're super smart like Ray stereo so how much time do you think students should have at most like taking mental breaks every 2 to 3 hours over like if you press yourself I'll keep going over fill itself if that makes sense like all your thoughts are just going to make you stop what is happening right now affecting versus effecting relationships other than friends family relationships so how do you say how do you say if you're spending too much time looking over the amount of time on social media not spending enough time with your family and friends you know we could definitely causes that person that family member. going to work out because of that well that's a good question that's a good question it's causing. You're self-conscious you're self-conscious passing right now and that is kind of you should be I also think that people should be more aware of how someone is feeling and like let's just leave them alone and then I think they should be more aware about that yeah we're on how people's facial emotions are so how does parents or whoever child plays too much pressure on their kids yes of course you're going to realize that we already had kids of good life but they don't notice damage you're doing by it maybe like I didn't have this as a child I want that for my child when they were younger yeah I agree yeah I think I think better have good food we have the joke of the social battery yeah basically a social battery is literally how much you can like physically force yourself to socialize with energy when your phone slow what you do charge how do you charge by letting it charge letting it rest relax I never really understood I understand sometimes I think you should tell other people about how you're feeling if it's something you really don't want to talk about some what control it I don't think they have to somebody else how much time do you think kids should have on social media I seek because I'm not really following everything that's on the internet like what what are some maybe bring the time I use my phone assembly stressed out about something I can just like spend my time reading a book and I won't focus on that I'll make you feel like I kind of do something please do not think about that make jokes about like to joke about what do you think you don't think that's happening in there Express India just like they don't want to talk about something personal then being upset on you. That's what I was saying before like with the telling so something like if you feel uncomfortable about talking about a certain thing about you I don't think you should tell somebody about it or whatever okay so maybe so maybe let's let's just go by honesty people shouldn't question it like I guess you should ask people how are you how's your day going is everything okay like like you shouldn't be like 500 people ask them how are you what's going on I'd like more stressful sit down and then ask them how everything is going what's mental health issues me personally you know I'd your guys therapist I'm always open to calling people talking to it about it whenever like I don't care if I'm busy in the middle of eating if you are if you have to talk about then you should be able to tell me if I'm busy I'll be like I can't call right now but text me and I'll try to help you as much as I can't exactly and then once I'm able to call. I feel like we should always be able to be there to talk to them in no matter if we're busy or not I also I also think that afraid to talk about something talk about something about something I would want her to tell me she I mean well it's my sister's we're going through struggle to spend some time with them talk over about it okay so I think it's the end of our little talk Casa de Leon Africa well thank you for inviting me
