The Faculty and Staff at Horace Mann School would like to congratulate, Dr. Luis J. Ramirez on his successful completion of the Educational Doctoral Degree in Educational Technology Leadership from New Jersey City University. Dr. Ramirez is a special education teacher who has been in the North Bergen School District for ten years. He is highly respected and appreciated by his peers and administrators. Dr. Luis J. Ramirez has holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Saint Peter’s University, a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education, and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Technologies Leadership from New Jersey City University. We are very lucky to have him as part of our Horace Mann family!
