Welcome!

My name is Andryana Henao, and I am a School Social Worker on the Child Study Team at Horace Mann School. As a case manager, I conduct social assessments for special education evaluation, develop Individualized Education Plans, and offer support and counseling.

 

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work at Rutgers University. I am fluent in English and Spanish, which enables me to communicate effectively with a diverse community of students and families.

I look forward to working together with students, teachers, families, as well as child study team members to provide the best support for your child while ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment. Your support and involvement are greatly appreciated.
