My name is Ms. Garces, second grade teacher. I graduated from Saint Peter's University as a major in Elementary Education and Spanish, later I did my diploma in Early Childhood Education from New Jersey City University, and I currently obtained my Masters Degree from Nova Southeastern University.  I have been teaching in the Elementary grade for eighteen years, prior to this I worked as a Preschool Teacher.

 Second grade will be a challenging year for your children, however, I try to make the classes more interesting as well as easier, so that each student understands as well as enjoys them. I try to plan activities to develop the students' creative skills and interests to make second grade an educational as well as a fun-filled year for the students.
