Halloween Spirit Week! 🎃

Halloween Spirit Week is right around the corner! 🎃👻

We are excited to celebrate with our students in grades K–6 with a fun week of themed dress-up days leading up to Halloween. Please see the attached Halloween Spirit Week flyer, which includes each day's theme in both English and Spanish.

Please share the flyer with your classroom families through your usual communication channels so that all parents and students are aware of the upcoming activities.

Here is our Spirit Week lineup:

🧦 Monday: Monster Match & Mismatch Day

🎩 Tuesday: Spooktacular Silly Hat & Hair Day

💗 Wednesday: Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Day

🎃 Thursday: Pumpkin Patch Orange & Autumn Flannel Day

👻 Friday: The Great Costume Parade or Cozy Halloween Pajama Day

A few important reminders for Friday:

Students may participate in the Halloween costume parade or wear festive Halloween pajamas, as outlined in the flyer.

For everyone's safety, masks that cover the entire face, fake blood, and toy weapons or props should remain at home.

Please ensure students wear safe, comfortable shoes for recess and gym.

Thank you for helping us spread the word and make this a fun, festive, and inclusive celebration for all our students! We appreciate your continued support in making Spirit Week a memorable experience for our Horace Mann community.

Happy Halloween! 🧡🖤
